This wasn't a surprising development to me atleast. When I visited Milan some years ago I noted that there was a very large number of Chinese nationals either visiting or who had set up small shops amongst the cobblestone streets.

Ffs am going 10 min down the road from here in a few months.

If the Italians are allowed back into the UK and have to self isolate most of them will use public transport to get to their homes . It's not rocket science to work out how it can easily spread ...
