“I had some balloons from pre lockdown ready for Rex's 1st birthday, I was sad didnt get to go crazy and decorate like a crazy aunty, and mummy did a fab job at making her 1st ballloon arch but at least I was able to send some balloons and im sure we will make up for it next year,” Jemma wrote.
