Celebrity PT gives an insight into Louise Redknapp's workout style

EXCLUSIVE: Celebrity personal trainer Bradley Simmonds has given a glimpse into the 'high intensity' workout style of Louise Redknapp

The 27 year old, who has recently launched his app Get It Done and has garnered 416,000 Instagram followers with his live workouts, described how former Eternal songstress Louise, 46, has honed her svelte physique with a combination of boxing and circuits.

Bradley, who has trained the likes of former Loose Women star Saira Khan along with Made in Chelsea's Lucy and Tiffany Watson, described how Louise is "spot on" with her technique following her background in performing including her role in 9 to 5 The Musical.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with OK!, the London-based personal trainer gave a glimpse into the workout style that Louise, who shares children Charley, 17, and Beau, 12, with ex-husband Jamie Redknapp, is a fan of.Get exclusive celebrity stories and fabulous photoshoots straight to your inbox with OK!'s daily newsletter. He said: "She likes high-intensity sessions such as boxing, quick circuits, she doesn't necessarily like strength training when you are waiting around a lot so you have to adapt to your clients. A workout with 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off and an hour goes like that [clicks]."

Asked what the workouts with Louise involved, he continued: "We mix it up so she always likes to do boxing, for example, that is something that we always do in our sessions and it is good to release some stress as well."In the circuits we focus on core, upper and lower body and some days we do the whole lot so a full body workout. If we train twice a week we do a full body and if we do three or four times a week then we can change it up and isolate different muscle groups.

"It makes it a lot easier for me so I am not spending up to an hour teaching her techniques because she is spot on and we can go straight into it."Following the workout, he added: "She [Louise] has got a good sweat on, those endorphins release from her brain, she is feeling nice and tight and she is releasing all of those bad toxins."

Louise, who recently wowed in a black bikini during a recent holiday in Ibiza, is also preparing to get back into her intense training routine with the personal trainer, by working out at least three times a week, according to Bradley. He said: "I spoke to Louise recently and we are going to get back into it with three or four times a week and honestly it makes such a difference." headtopics.com

"We make sure there is something for everyone whether you only have 20 minutes to work out, are really advanced or beginner."There are really good core-focused workouts.
