Inside Adele's childhood home as she says London flat was 'best she's lived in'

Adele has one of the most incredible voices of this generation, and the singer has recently dazzled fans with her colossal return to music, dropping new single Easy On Me last week.

In a recent video filmed by British Vogue, Adele talks fondly of the West Norwood home she shared with mum Penny and a flatmate, referring to the small flat as "the best house I've ever lived in".

In an old interview given when she was a teen, Adele said: "Me and my mum and our flatmate live above a shop next to a garage – it caught fire a couple of months ago." One old snap posted by the star shows her in her childhood bedroom, pulling a funny face in front of her multiple posters of the band.
