But the need to recover from burnout is legitimate, and for me, treatment involved turning down the noise.

I’ve just decided to quit my job, without having another to go to, after admitting to myself that it’s been the cause of my increasing depression over the last 5 months. Your health should always take priority but it takes time to accept that and act on it
