I'm A Celebrity's Arlene Phillips shares if she regrets doing the Castle over the Jungle

"It was tough, it was cold, it was everything that I didn't really love, but I'll never regret it."

Speaking of this year's series, she said:"It's gone overboard but it's captivating people and giving them the ups and downs of being in the jungle."This year, the campaign is encouraging people to buy a pre-loved jumper for the day, and the government has vowed to match donations up to £2million. She added:"Life feels like it's on two levels, the haves and the have-nots, and the haves need to help the have-nots. There are people we need to pick up and support, for so many people, this is the toughest year ever."
