Why people in so comments being so rude

What a load of snowflake bollocks

' I had to hide again' that had to made up no one can be that pathetic. Imagine what they would have been like during the Gay plague, shunned by the community, left in hospital wards to rot & die alone.

More division from The Guardian.

Trans women are heterosexual men, has nothing to do with LGB.

No one in the article said non LGBTQ+ people aren't suffering. No one said their suffering was more than anyone else's. This was an article describing challenges a particular subset of people faced. I've read similar articles about single people, or dog owners.

The comments to this article truly make me want to weep.

There are some nasty people in this UK of ours. Government pretend its a modern & progressive society but its not, perhaps because the Tories are encouraging hatred against those who are LGBT+ are BAME BLM or one of the vulnerable sick & disabled. ToryNastyParty

Why would one have to hide onself during lockdown? Lmao. This attention seeking is wild.

Oh for fucks sake. It was no better or worse for them than for anyone else. And nor should it be. The fact they’d making a bigger deal of it actually undermines their claim to victim status.

You lost me at 'identifies as a woman but not completely'....

It must be the first time in history that world wide no sex is for sale ,no kids being trafficked raped etc , there is always a silver lining

And none bgt Folk aren’t suffering huh 🤔

Of course... their suffering is traumatic always. All others, who cares. Right?

Dixons Carphone to get rid of 800 managers across UK storesDixons said it was axing jobs to create a “leaner” management structure in its stores I don't suppose the managers that keep their jobs will receive an increase in pay to account for the additional responsibilities associated with this 'leaner' structure, will they? Hopefully this is the beginning of the end for the pointless manager roles where they get 10p an hour more than shop floor workers. Not just at Curry's PC, but in all retail. Nothing worse than the little Hitler managers in stores. Who's Karen supposed to ask to speak to now?
