It’s sort of already in their job description to save lives - not pass on a potentially lethal virus. If you have no conscience and don’t like being told what to do - then no job.
If I had family in care or I was in hospital I would want to know those caring for my family or myself had had the vaccine to give them the best chance of protection. There have been too many infections in care to risk it.
