How has government done on testing, PPE and ventilators?

It later emerged the delivery would only amount to 30.

Testing... slow, the price of being last, and non-reagent producer of scale. PPE.. Slow should have got the army distributing earlier. Ventilators... good. Keep it going.

Comparatively - worse than any other government in Europe or Asia (basically Trump has been hopeless too)
