Tomorrow's rule change applies to arrivals. Anyone 'fleeing' the UK has to comply with the rules of the country they're travelling to 🙄

Because of course we didn't get into this mess in the first place because of refusing to shut down air travel. At all.

So England has no problem spreading the virus all over the world ?
