Harry has launched a number of important schemes over the year, but few have been as personal or important to him as the Invictus Games.Speaking on the fifth anniversary of the games, Harry revealed his favourite moments - and one he doesn't look back on quite so fondly.

Referring to the first ever games in London in 2014, he said: "Nerves, nerves, about everything. The whole planning, whether it was going to come together, whether people were going to turn up, whether we were going to fill seats. The weather because the opening ceremony was outdoors and and selfishly I guess, my speech.

"On the actual night we had the podium right in front of all of the competitors and I could just see all of their faces."They started chanting and I was so nervous, I was shaking."I knew I had a certain window to be able to get my words out and we were also running behind so I rushed it and it's probably one of the worst speeches I've ever given."

But the speech was a huge hit and it launched what have now become the incredibly successful and inspiring games.During the video, published on the Sussex Royal Instagram page, Harry then goes on to speak about his most memorable and proudest moments from the games.

"Seeing the joy and the relief in so many of the competitors faces, but also in their partners and their kids as well."The games remain extremely important to Harry and he introduced the world to his girlfriend Meghan Markle at one of the events in 2017.
