This is what I don't understand. You have 1 job as an armourer why & how could she mess up & continue to be employed? There obviously has to be something seriously wrong with this person & it's not the first time she's screwed up while being the one in charge of firearms.
And who was responsible for hiring such an incompetent Assistant Director? I'm sure Baldwin knew about the complaints regarding the dangerous working conditions but chose to ignore them. Profits over safety.
