One in every two FTSE 100 executive appointments over the next year will have to go to a woman if the UK is to meet targets to tackle the gender imbalance across British business by 2020, a report has warned.

Why stop at women? It's imperative that leadership within FTSE 100 organisations have equal ethnic and trans representation. After all InvAssoc, firms with diverse boards and management teams make better decisions, drive innovation and outperform their less diverse peers.
It's going to be so complicated for companies to satisfy all these targets. The only safe way is to let the government appoint the company chiefs in future.

Majority of FTSE 100 chiefs have IQ above 100. This is unfair on people with IQs below 100. We should demand that 50% of FTSE 100 chiefs have IQs below 100.
