Greggs is renowned for some pretty cracking baked goods, with its ever-popular Steak Bakes and tasty doughnuts.
A Greggs spokesperson told The Metro Online : “Historically our regional bakeries had responsibility for making their own products which resulted in some local Greggs delicacies.“Our product range reflects the preference of our customers. ‘So sometimes a small percentage of the products in your local shop will be unique to your area and will be decided on to reflect local tastes and demand.”
The north west has just one Greggs speciality, which is a Meat and Potato Bake filled with beef mince, potatoes and onions.
