Greggs said its new custard slice contains 20g less sugar and 90 calories fewer than the original version. It said: “This reflects our commitment to support the Public Health England sugar reduction programme.” The firm also said it was trying to “align the quality and consistency” of all its products UK-wide. Easy, don't buy them, there are plenty of other bakers that would LOVE your custom. They will soon drop prices if folk use other outlets. Pound Bakeries are currently giving Gregg's a kicking up in the North.....competition soon sorts out the greedy🤔🤔👍🏼👍🏼

Not bought one in about 20 years - but back then they were large and quite cheap.

Easy decision ... when they shrink there is always an alternative!
