This is pure posturing. There is no intention to cap the prices — or reduce them. The Tories will never interfere with business in the interest of the consumer and people shouldn't think they've suddenly changed.

This is where we get our gas from….. But we need energy independence as quickly as possible!

Is that urgent talks to bring the prices down for consumers or talks to find out how government ministers or people connected to the Tory party can get maximum dividends or a place on the board?
