If it is Western diet, why is all this research on new drugs and treatments instead of finding the Western dietary item triggering it?

Good to see the oft-forgotten mystery evil of autoimmune conditions receiving some interest. Suspect there's more wrong with a lot of modern diet that just fibre content. Deserves lots of research. (Also aware at least one type is a reaction to a type of big C.)

We are doing virtually everything wrong. The society we have created is killing the planet, driving mass extinction, and it’s not even benefiting humans. Our diets make us unwell, many people’s work life is stressful and unfulfilling, social media seems to drive mental illness…
