The 82 year old is given a suspended sentence and fined €250,000 (£213,469).

The World War Two-era Panther tank was removed from a residential property in northern Germany in 2015

The defendant, 84, has been handed a suspended prison sentence of 14 months and has been ordered to pay a fine of €250,000 .
