Gemma Collins has admitted that her ongoing battle with polycystic ovary syndrome HAS forced her to take her workouts "slower" this week.
And in a new post shared on Sunday, the 40 year old candidly explained that she relied on "easier workouts" and "longer sleep" after battling a tough week. "My PCOS hasn't been great this week, but I found the strength to keep going. I did easier workouts and knew to listen to my body. The blonde was met with a wave of support from her fans, with one commenting: "I never knew you had PCOS. Its tough at times, you are just brilliant..you inspire others! Please raise PCOS awareness."Gemma has shed three stone so far with a new workout routine and diet overhaul to aid her new healthy lifestyle.
