Also on Friday, the CDC said it was aware of 193 potential cases of severe lung disease in 22 states that could be caused by vaping.This is a sharp rise in only two days; on Wednesday, the agency was recording 153 such cases in 16 states.
The CDC said it is unclear if the illnesses are related, but that they do not appear to stem from any infectious disease.

You don't know what the fuck a black market is. If something is being sold legally, it isn't a black market. A black market specifically refers to the sale of illegal goods or services that do not include violent crime or illicit weapons sales (Those fall under the red market).

Well this headline isn’t reflective of the article content. Which is all assumption and no facts. I get ‘they’ want to scare young people away from vaping but ‘they’ will have to try harder than this embarrassment masquerading as news.
Not good but a tiny percentage of the people that have never vaped only used tobacco yet have got lung disease some of which will die because of it. It's not good to do either but the statistics say vaping is still safer if you do smoke.
