How to be present in the moment and get out of your head during sex

Many people have difficulty switching off from the things going on in their life to truly focus on the sexual experience. One way to help us transition from daily life into the bedroom is to engage in a self care ritual and set the scenesex. Just like when we go on a date, having a shower, putting on perfume and getting into something that feels sexy to us will help our mind begin to focus on what is to come, not what has happened during the day.

Thousands of BA staff to find out if they will lose jobs due to CovidMore than 6,000 workers accept voluntary redundancy as airline makes cuts This is wrong. It's job losses due to BA's failure to have a proper business continuity plan. The insistence on running on skinny margins with no stored capital to cover tough times. Businesses should never be allowed to run empty. One has to wonder how many will be unemployed when Covid-19 has finally passed through. On the 1st of Jan we're going to have a 'no deal' Brexit on the table as well. There are going to be loads of people signing on with the Tory's DWP over the next year. Should be interesting. BA introducing a draconian 'fire and re-hire' policy has little to do with COVID. Like others companies it's a convenient excuse to obliterate staff existing terms and conditions.
