A new Horizon Forbidden West update has added VRR and 120Hz modes | VGCA new Horizon Forbidden West update has added VRR and 120Hz modes. Correction: balanced mode isn't for 40hz displays, it's for 120hz displays only but refreshes at 40fps for a must quicker frame time than 30fps. You would feel jutter on a 60hz display because 40 doesn't divide neatly 60. After buying a monitor and playing games at 120 like fh5 I see why people prefer that mode once I get a ps5 I want to try spider man at 120 EatTheHype Awesome — been meaning to NG+. Man VRR is a dream — it’s been helping with Control and can’t wait to see what it does for Horizon.
