I don't want to sound callous but there's only so much that can be achieved via checks, advice, counselling etc. Drug abuse is just that ... abuse. As long as it retains its 'glamour' as cool and mellow etc instead of something sordid and stupid, this will just go on.

How about 1 - really not letting your 17 year old daughter go to 'festival' that's really just an organised drugs sale. 2 - if you can't stop them because you can't control them or you're just not bothered, then at least tell them not to take horse sedatives.

why not just legalize recreational drug use and regulate it properly. that would help prevent these scenarios.

How about a sign that says “drugs might kill you”

A better plan, that might work, is to make sure they have emt tents with overdose supplies. Unless u want private security doing anal probes of our kids when they go to a show. Btw security is usually how the drugs get distributed at these events.

Don't use drugs.

I would say festivals should also hire under cover security guards to dress up as festival goers and then when they see people dealing drugs or have drugs...immediately kick them out.

It's sad when anyone dies from drugs, whether it's an overdose or a bad batch. But using her death to restrict recreational use will create resentment, and make the black market more dangerous. Instead, use her story to inspire responsible use and save lives.

Don't do any drug, and the problem is solved.

“MDMA, cocaine and ketamine in her system” Not sure if testing helps if you mix pills?

Another casualty of government oppression.

She’s a pretty white woman, people opposed to pay rises for nurses will be outraged by this

Festival organisers call for better parenting

Just don't take drugs ?

And who is liable if the drugs are tested but the person dies anyway? There would need to be a complete immunity from prosecution otherwise no one would get involved at the risk of going to jail

I agree with this. But teenagers will be teenagers and they will bring them anyways or find a way to sneak them in. So question becomes, how do you make sure it doesn't get snuck in?

good luck

'So drugs can be tested for contamination?' Pro tip: Don't use drugs. Problem solved.

I think education is the key. Because people, better mankind won't ever stop taking drugs.

She chose to take drugs, play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Couple of months ago I came across a recommendation about DennisWilliam56 wealth how he helped investors to earn lots of money with their investments. and I decided to give a trial with the little I have. Now my little has turned into something great which was not my expectation

This is why drugs should be legalized.
