I’d recommend coffitivity for this - have used it when in the office to zone out when lots of distractions preventing me getting stuff done but also used on trains a lot to focus on getting work done and zone out from conversations of other travellers

I actually prefer that I can hear the people I’m speaking to... when in the office conference calls were a nightmare as colleagues shouted across desks .. or swore in frustration as they encountered issues .. quieter , clearer & more focused at home 👍
