Facebook user noticed camera was opening when he was scrolling in the app. Found that the issue only occurs in iPhones running on iOS 13.2.2. Other users found that it is triggered through rapid swiping in the app.
Looks like a bug. Should be patched soon I’m assuming. Why is this news?
