Most parents agree with Julia Donaldson. Restricting a child's oxygen supply for 8 hrs a day can't be a good thing, and then there's the risk of bacterial pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis. Have these been looked into? Schools have performed no risk assessments.

She has a point about a dystopia as the Tory’s goal is to make our society as dehumanising and unpleasant as possible. At least the Telegraph can blame the Germans for this as usual.
