Fund could address inequality in areas with greatest concerns about migration, says report

The £4.3bn contributed by EU migrants to the UK economy should be earmarked in a special fund for disadvantaged communities, an influential thinktank has suggested, a plan which could form part of a “remain and reform” offer in a future referendum.

Helping the poor should be a concerted effort, not just at moments when there is some extra cash lying around. It does not feel genuine.

How can anyone do a contribution analysis without subtracting the cost? The ‘net’ contribution (STEM Concept) is negative. So spending makes the cost even more negative. So how does someone justify spending that way? Bankrupt people and countries. What socialism ends with.
