Unfortunately misleading.This scheme is for those who dont want to apply for residency in UK & need assistance in returning to home country. Many countries run a Voluntary Return Scheme to provide assistance.

Very disingenuous! Any EU citizen can apply for settled status by asking for one to one assistance if they cannot apply in the ways listed on the Government website. Name one EU country offering same level of assistance to UK citizens applying for settled status in an EU country?

Shocking. Many of whom are caught in limbo because the process is taking so long. I hope our EU (ex) colleagues do the same with our 'ex pats' then you'd hear an outcry.

I have my residency permit in France, I'll offer my place to a nurse or hospital worker, teaching assistant, anyone decent really.
