Move to include local authorities in test and trace could allow politicians to pass blame in a Covid second wave

Crass negativity is exactly why the Guardian has such atrocious circulation figures. We have Track and Trace, we had capacity that exceeded expectations and the only real fault lay with jo public not 'playing the game'

There is something rotten in there somewhere. Every other country manages a track and trace but not us. Why?

The government will just do what it is good at: deny it and then move on to deny the next problem. Simple.

Along with; Late lockdown, open borders, lack of PPE, back to school too early, blind eye to the Cummins excursions, opening pubs and leisure travel too early and no manditory coverings in enclosed public spaces until recently.

Scottish schools used by Tory and SNP, before English results and reopening ,as guinea pigs. First Exam Results.Children and Teachers in deprived areas estimate grades reduced .Today after a week finally changed All Scottish schools open tomorrow. Futures and Now lives at risk.

At least Serco made some money out of it though, and that's the important thing.
