Emily Maitlis stalker has written more letters to her from jail, court hears

A stalker who has had a "persistent and obsessive fixation" with Emily Maitlis for more than 25 years has written more letters to her from jail, a court has heard.

Vines is accused of six counts of attempting to breach a restraining order between May 2020 and September 2021 by writing from HMP Nottingham. After he sent Ms Maitlis two e-mails in 2008, a new restraining order was put in place to include Ms Maitlis, her husband, children and parents in 2009.
