EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa has made a drastic new career change

Earlier this month ex-EastEnders star Jacqueline Jossa decided to share the secrets of her acting talents with the world by opening her very own performing arts school.

Alongside her team, the actress, who played Lauren Branning in the BBC One soap from 2010 to 2018, intends to train the next crop of talented singer, actors and dancers. The classes run for a variety of age ranges, with groups for pre-school age children from 3 to 6 years old, then from 5 to 8, and an older child class from 9 to 12 plus.

Pupils will be able to attend workshops by industry professionals, and talent agents will be invited to attend the performances, so for some lucky few this may just be their ticket to superstardom.

School slammed for being 'anti-black' after banning pupils from having cornrowsSt John's Senior School in Enfield, London, made a rapid U-turn on the strict policy and admitted it 'would be unduly restrictive on the styles girls may wish to adopt' I know black people without cornrows. This is a pretty old story & whoever has written the article hasn’t even bothered to look into this area in any depth. There are numerous schools with similar bans & case law ++
