A BMW driver was caught travelling nearly twice the speed limit - and blamed it on his car's expensive petrol.He blamed his high-powered white BMW 1-Series, along with its expensive fuel, for the illegal speed.Martin Willis, traffic officer for West Yorkshire Police, then posted images of the shocking incident online in a warning to others.
