Addiewell archery ace Nathan Macqueen was on target as he scooped double gold in Rotterdam the European Para Archery Championships.
Fresh off a brilliant silver medal at the World Championships last month, the 32-year-old was unbeatable in the Netherlands as he produced a super Sunday bagging gold medals in both the men’s open compound event and open compound mixed team alongside side Phoebe Paterson Pine. MacQueen then made it two for two later that day as he continued his brilliant run of form with a 142-137 win over Fernando Gale Montorio in the gold medal match and secured a second European title.
