UK minister tells businesses to hire hundreds of thousands of ex-convicts

Justice Secretary Dominic Raab is urging businesses to hire more ex-offenders. Mr Raab said there is a 'captive market' of workers who are 'better than you think'. He said firms told him that ex-convicts took 'less sick days' than other workers.
