‘Vexatious’ Dr Negin Izaddoust has been ordered to pay £6,000 after she falsely accused a colleague of raping her.

She launched legal proceedings in 2019, claiming he followed her to the toilets, hit her with his belt, touched her breasts, rubbed his groin and looked at her with ‘dirty eyes’., took the case to a tribunal, she attempted to ‘bolster’ her allegations by making an even more serious rape claim.

The tribunal report said: ‘At the liability hearing the tribunal found Dr Izaddoust was not found to be a credible witness and she was an inaccurate historian. ‘She embellished and contradicted her own evidence, maintaining that some incidents took place on separate dates, only to change her evidence.

‘She gave specific dates for incidents, only to retract them on cross-examination and she attempted to introduce an allegation of rape at the last hearing together with other allegations that had not been raised before.’ Dr Izaddoust later admitted she hadn’t been raped and retracted the claim, but it was heard the potentially career-ending allegation ‘seriously impacted’ her colleague’s life.

She should be locked up, also £6,000 isn't really a lot, if it were the other way around the guy would be jailed and paying, at least, triple that amount.

Only 6k? 😮
