Parish resigns over ‘moment of madness’, and claims ‘it was tractors I was looking at on the internet’

Disgraced Tory MP Neil Parish, who resigned his seat on Saturday after admitting he had twice watched pornography in thechamber, appeared to have committed a criminal offence which carried a maximum two-year prison sentence, Labour said.

You’d be hard pressed to show the chamber of the House of Commons is a public place, because it isn’t. Jess is clutching at straws.

Only difficulty is proving it was indecent. You would need to know the name of the video or be able to accurately describe the contents. Is looking over someone else’s shoulder a display? I suspect no one knows about this because no one is ever prosecuted for it.
