PATHETIC WOKERY! The focus should be on PREVENTION - always far better than cure. Police need to stop the gradual legalisation of drugs & judiciary likewise punish anyone caught with illegal drugs as severely as possible - 1st time or not. Good. It obviously depends but more often than not heavy drugs users don't choose to be addictive to the stuff. They need proper healthcare instead of being chucked in a cell.
