You're going to want to turn off Motion Blur for this mod, trust us.

We've put this one-man FSR 2.0 mod up against DLSS 2.0 and the results are impressive. Just kill motion blur, eh?

. This is more a proof of concept than anything else, but it works and can boost your framerates significantly too. How it works is probably the most impressive thing of all. Our heroic modder has taken the DLSS framework and repatched it to use the AMD FSR 2.0 DLLs. Once you've downloaded the files and copied them to the same location as the main Cyberpunk 2077 executable you'll need to run a specific registry tweak to set up the translation from DLSS to the FSR 2.0 commands.

Are you guys literally just reposting R/Games? At this point I'm a journalistic publication wtf. Wish someone would do this for RDR2. FSR 2.0 would be exactly what I need to get consistent 60fps on my 1060 3GB. I always deactivate Motion Blur on all my games, kinda annoying effect most of the time I always turn off motion blur. It’s unneeded

who the hell wants motionblurr anyway? Give me a reason to turn in ON... There is none Nobody except the weird artsy people that take 1000s of screenshots a week have motion blur on Who the fuck plays with motion blur on? I f'king hate motion blur. It is the first thing I turn off after I invert Y. Who keeps Motion Blur on?

TBH who the hell plays with motion blur on? thats one of the most stupid implementations outthere.

Xbox Series X games could soon look better than ever – here's why FSR 2.0 is a go

Shadowrun: Hong Kong is a perfect portrait of a cyberpunk city fighting for revolutionIf cyberpunk lives on, Shadowrun: Hong Kong should be its guiding light. Replaying I forgot how little freedom the game world provides. Doors exist, but can't be interacted with until you speak to the right person. It makes the world feel small and hollow. We LOVE Shadowrun! Games have been amazing! i bought the 3 pack on switch, still on shadowrun returns (which i assumed was the first of the 3?); really enjoyable game. the skill setup means i can try somethin different in all 3 games.

This is more a proof of concept than anything else, but it works and can boost your framerates significantly too.  How it works is probably the most impressive thing of all.0 is no longer locked to the PC platform. Our heroic modder has taken the DLSS framework and repatched it to use the AMD FSR 2. The ruling Executive Council is a cabal of corporate billionaires who run the city, own the police, and control the news, which isn’t terribly far off from its current incarnation.0 DLLs.0 on PC. Once you've downloaded the files and copied them to the same location as the main Cyberpunk 2077 executable you'll need to run a specific registry tweak to set up the translation from DLSS to the FSR 2.  Named after the Egyptian God of War, the $1500 ($1,494 to be exact) (opens in new tab) is looking to place at the top of the pack in a crowded field of PCs all looking for space on your desktop.

0 commands.0, mean that AMD supports over 110 games with its upscaling tech. (Image credit: Harebrained Schemes) Our search leads us into the Walled City, often immortalized in western cyberpunk for its immense dystopian vibes. In case you're wondering, Cyberpunk 2077 already has support for AMD FSR 1.0, which is a fine way of boosting your performance if you don't have access to DLSS, but it basically doesn't look anywhere near as good.0's implementation on Xbox. That first implementation isn't a temporal upscaler, so you'll see plenty of shimmering of smaller elements like wires and railings. Hong Kong has always belonged to its people, and Shadowrun knows this. FSR 2.0 on Xbox, that remains up in the air. I would have liked to have seen some more contemporary games used in these sorts of part picker features on system builder sites.

0, however, is temporal, so the biggest thing you'll spot is that in motion it simply looks much better.  If you're rocking an Nvidia graphics card that has the silicon to handle DLSS (i. Grounded and support FSR 2. The simple linguistic reminder drives home the fact that despite my heritage, I’m in a strange land.e. is an RTX graphics card), then that should still be your preferred choice. Both games are also console exclusives on Xbox.  As you can see from the benchmarks below, DLSS is not only quicker, but it looks better too, although honestly, it's so close to FSR 2. Cyberpunk is usually about current realities rather than distant futures, but reentering the Shadowrun world prompts a bitter swell of nostalgia.

0 that you'd be hard pushed to spot the difference outside of pausing the game and comparing screenshots.0 on console. At least for the most part—there are a couple of artifacts with this implementation, but it's still better than FSR 1.0.0 bring? FSR is AMD's upscaling tech, the first version of which launched just over a year ago.  Shadowrun: Hong Kong is so absorbing because it reflects the reality of the city’s demographics: there are obvious western expats (a euphemism for white immigrants), but the game is acutely conscious of the intersection between Hong Kong’s multicultural identity and its working class. (Image credit: Future) The above performance was garnered using an RTX 3080 at the high preset, but with motion blur turned off. Even though this is a beast of a card, it still needs some form of upscaling to hit smooth frame rates at 3440 x 1440. On top of that, FSR is also able to boost framerates for games that support it.

This card is capable of running the Quality upscaling presets, and here there isn't a lot between DLSS and FSR 2. That it is absolutely possible for white American developers to work with cultural experts to get to this level, something too many other cyberpunk games have failed to do.0. It's a potential lifesaver for players who can't quite afford the best gaming PCs or the most powerful consoles on the market, but still want to experience games with higher performance settings.
