This happened to us a few years ago, we bought something from them during this event and went to collect it a few weeks later (as it was due to be delivered to the store). There was no record of it in their system but luckily we had a receipt and they had it there. I would trust Currys PC in a million years! I had an order lost by Hermes and the item was out of stock and back to a higher price when it was back in stock and refused to send me the product
