The number of young people sleeping rough in London has risen to a record high, data shows, as charities say more provision is needed because lockdown restrictions mean those who usually stay off the streets by staying with friends are unable to do so.

Government could start by not reintroducing MinimumIncomeFloor for SelfEmployed UniversalCredit claims. This Assumes your income is full time NMW and decreases your claim accordingly.. EVEN IF YOUR ACTUAL INCOME IS ZERO. No income + No UC. People are going to die from poverty.
