The clarity the PM himself has refused to give?
Of course he does, it might buy him time, will probably muddy the waters and he might then claim that releasing the full report will prejudice any on-going police investigation. All the public is likely to get is edited highlights exonerating him.
Keeping BorisJohnson as PM is like keeping a rotten apple in a fruit bowl.
