In a letter posted on the Chadderton school's Facebook page, Mrs Buckley said she was "upset" to be writing it "but I feel I must".
"Our lovely children are open and honest and they tell us about their lives and activities," she said. "A number of them are telling us that they are visiting friends, neighbours and family which is against the law. "Our teachers and support staff are putting their own safety at risk to look after your children and they should be confident you are doing your bit to follow the lockdown rules.
"I am afraid I will have to withdraw the offer of a place in school to children whose parents are putting us in danger."
The school teaching children that they should lie?
Our school always sends reminders to parents not to allow playdates and follow the government guidelines by not visiting other households. This is to protect the school and our community. Our teachers are now tested twice a week and also wear face coverings in class.

Different form of show & tell; so if I don't want to be at school; tell teacher I broke lockdown? surprised there are any pupils left. But they are still owed an education; if this done; what's the problem. Might even get a free laptop; as a reward; nice one.
Totally agree, good for them. The only people who usually take offence (not all) are those who are breaking the rules.
Why in the hell are teachers not getting vaccinated now. We could open the schools in a few weeks. Keep the ranting unions quiet. Very little evidence that children spread it. Maybe prevent the long term destruction of the education of millions Covid_19
As long as they ensure their facts are correct & not just take the word of a child then I think they are correct. But they need to be careful as they need to ensure it isn’t a support or childcare bubble. Remember 2 single mothers with say 6 kids under 18 can form a bubble 🙄

Schools asking children to inform on parents activities & punishing them for honesty...disgraceful life lesson. Just stick to teaching as there's not been much of it this last 12 months.
