Most people pay in advance so what happens if your all paid up, then test positive the day before you fly, going to hit their tourist industry this.
You can enter with any other contagious disease,just not the one that doesn't kill 99.98% of the people infected by it,strange eh... The Canary government has confirmed that all holidaymakers arriving on the islands will need to bring along a Covid-free certificate
Unless you get it at the airport, the certificate is pointless
First it's a certificate for countrys, next it will be for shopping and to work. Wake up.
