Ruling limits ability to reject asylum for migrants who pass through a third country to California and Arizona

A federal appeals court’s ruling Friday will allow the Trump administration to begin rejecting asylum at some parts of the US-Mexico border for migrants who arrived after transiting through a third country.

International asylum/migration law needs a big overhaul. The current laws are not fit for purpose and expose destination countries to ridiculous amounts on migration.
