Sounds like amoral profiteering to me Maybe commandeer them or the companies that do this ?

Capitalism functions well when I'm trying to decide which car to buy; however, it is dysfunctional when people need life saving medical care.

Whoever made the decision to put the price up should be the first person put up against the wall once this is all over.

If ventilators are being mass produced, cost ought to be lower. Rest is greed & price gouging !
