Coronavirus: Pubs close again after punters test positive for COVID-19

The Fox and Hounds in Batley, West Yorkshire, said it would be closed until further notice after receiving a call from a customer on Monday to say they had tested positive for coronavirus.

Were they tested before they went to the pub ?

How does someone who goes drinking on Saturday develop symptoms almost straight away to then warrant getting tested (presumably on Sunday) and then gets results on Monday, then lets pubs know and the media duly pick up all in the space of 72 hrs max?
