Catherine Calderwood is only sorry because she got caught. If she wasnt caught, she would still be walking around laughing like its a great holiday for her and her family looking smug. People with power little or great, out of the publics eye are more flawed than the public.

There will be not another chance YOU fired woman

Not good enough she should offer her resignation

must resign immediately

Sack her

She needs to resign. Twice is arrogance.

So many people are going to flaunt the lockdown restrictions in light of her actions - causing countless ‘at risk’ people to die needlessly

Same old political crap ...do it...then appologise.....get out of jail free

shows how biased the SNP is always mouthing off and not supporting the people

Of course she apologised! Doh! She was caught out!🙄 ‘Don’t do as I do, do as I say’! 🤧😷

simonrug What a total buffoon. 🤷‍♂️🙄

Human error? A mistake? No no no .a mistake is an unintentional event! Human error? she knew what she was doing, she did it twice! This is a person in a position of advising people and a position of trust. she thought she was above that advice. Do as I say not what I do. Shameful

Is there a petition to get her fired

She must be fired

Sack her !!!!! 🙈👏🏼

Just like all the others, apologises after being caught or receiving bad publicity. They all do the same, “celebrities” boxers, footballers, musicians the list is endless.

Shows Scotland can’t run itself ..

She’s only sorry because she got caught . She knew the guidelines . Sorry doesn’t cut it ! We Allan always be sorry if we are caught doing something wrong ! It’s an easy way out !

She’s sorry she got caught

Maybe I misunderstood but I imagine there are no other people in her own holiday home? How exactly was she posing any risk to anyone?

Waiting for the Prime minister and his cabinet to apologise and to resign for spreading coronavirus via shaking hands with hospital patients, fellow MPs at Westminster and misleading the public on herd immunity.

Of all the people to be abiding by the rules..

Not just the once either!! 🤡🤡🤡

If she doesn't resign then what moral authority does the government have to impose these restrictions on the remainder of the population

As they leave set... NS to CMO.... 'I think we got away with that'

Once is an accident 2 times is a joke. Should be sacked.

Should be sacked no questions asked. Sack her now

Resign!!

Sturgeon says no one is shying away from this so why didn't she let the chief medical officer answear for herself, maybe once was a mistake but twice with her family she must resign🤬

Really poor & disappointing 🙄

Omg she should resign

Twice the cnut has broken the rules. I'd love to see my new grandson but protecting him and the NHS are paramount. She deserves the sack as chief medical officer and fined twice for breaking the government rules. B*tch. 😡

Seems like a witch hunt. Woman was obviously wrong but she has apologised, give her a break. When 'The Sun' starts leading a moral crusade you have to question the motive.

What a c**kwomble

The signer seemed more sorry than she was.

Police warning over Calderwood's second home visit'She was wrong and she knows that' Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon says Dr Catherine Calderwood has 'apologised unreservedly' for travelling to her second home, and praised her 'invaluable' advice saying she wants her to stay in her role BBCPolitics Ffs can someone tell the independent newspaper what’s going on and how lock down works they are whinginging we can’t stay lockdown forever how stupid lockdown is to slow virus down so NHS can cope but most of us nearly all us will get virus then herd immunity theory will kick in Untenable position! Rank hypocrisy in times of crisis. Ta-ta hen👋 Sturgeon's admission of mistakes (that only require an apology) means she must respect any UK's Gov't mistake that is followed with an apology. No ifs or buts. Any temptation to openly criticise by Sturgeon will be hypocrisy of the highest order.
