CORONATION Street's Lucy Fallon has revealed how she's been battling 'negative thoughts' over her body image.

She wrote: “For the past few months I have been really really battling with the negative thoughts my head constantly produces about my body.“It’s ridiculous. Let’s be kinder to ourselves. And each other.”But she admits she can't help but compare herself to others on social mediaThe star added how she was trying to "own what you’ve got and love it” because life is “short and precious”.
