Prince William's criticism of billionaire space race addressed by astronaut Tim Peake - 'It's incredibly important'Astronaut Tim Peake has disputed Prince William's criticism of the space race, saying space is 'incredibly important to us' as it provides climate change data and supports the national infrastructure Even the current rush into space tourism? 🙄 Doesn’t look very peaky in this photo. Think what Prince William is saying is right though. We spend billions world wide on the space race yet on cleaning up our own planet which would benefit the whole human race we invest very little. Only a chosen few actually go up into space, and other ways to monitor world

Prince William: Saving Earth should come before space tourismThe Duke of Cambridge says great brains and minds should be 'trying to repair this planet, not trying to find the next place to go and live' Is the prince a fan of nasty exhaust gas generator organization known as F1? Why should anyone care what he thinks about anything? Methinks one is getting ahead of oneself. Supporting innovative environmental projects is a (very good) thing, but telling people what they should or shouldn’t do or invest in is going too far and bordering on political lecturing.
