Love Island presenter Caroline Flack, 39, looks completely different in a series of throwback photos she shared on her Instagram.
And, the third and final photo shows Caroline wearing a full-length over-sized white dressing gown. Caroline turned the photo into a meme as she looked back on her career and said: “One day you might present Love Island," and then wrote, “Me...” which she placed next to her face which has a straight expression on.
